This Privacy Policy explains our practices and policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in connection with Prollenium’s branded Canadian website,  https://prollenium.com/  and https://revanesse.com/ca/ (“Sites”), and your other interactions with us concerning our products and related services. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to the Sites, and products and related services all together as the “Services.”

  • Access and Correct Your Information. You can request to access the personal information that we hold about you and to correct any information that is incomplete or wrong. ACCESS

Under applicable law, you have the right to access your personal information under our control, to right to know how your personal information is used and whom is it disclosed to, and the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information, and have that information amended as appropriate.  To practice your right, you can make an access request by emailing us at privacy@prollenium.com and upon written request and authentication of identity we will review your access request. In some situations, your access request may be refused for regulatory reasons. We will notify you with the reasons for refusal and provide further steps that you can take.
